Tender Defender Review

*sponsored*

Our 2 yr. old had been having an uncomfortable night. He had developed a sore rash after a bout with diarrhea. I felt desperate to help soothe him. We were reviewing Tender Defender , so I read up on it and decided to try it on our little man.

Tender Defender developed for babies with diaper rashes , was designed by Aloe Baby,LLC. Its a concentrated aloe based gel, that is used before barrier creams, ointments, pastes. Being that pastes, ointments, and barrier creams, can be harmful if they trap moisture or plant based starches, providing food for harmful microbes, it is important.

Tender Defender is made from natural, wild crafted, organic botanicals full of bio-active compounds to support skin healing, and a bio-active nutrive layer supports the skin as it heals, acting as a base coat under barrier cream. Some ingredient's to this unique formula are Aloe, which supports faster skin growth. Apricot Kernal oil provides vitamin E and A, also gamma linoleic acid, which aids in the balance of skin moisture. Rosehip seed oil helps aid in post surgical wound healing, while Niaovli is a highly effective antibacterial and antifungal agent, that is less irritating than its cousin tea tree.

The Tender Defender formula is free of formaldehydes, nuts, soy, alcohol, artificial fragrance, colors, phthalates, detergents, parabens, petrolatum, and animal products.

Our own experience with the gel was one of amazement. I applied the cool gel before our little guy went to bed. A little of it goes a long ways. It also has a very nice herbal smell, and is not sticky or greasy like other brands I have tried. The next morning I was kind of surprised when he didn't get fussy before getting his diaper changed. I was honestly wowed to see that the few little spots of broken skin he'd had the night before were now a light pink. It was beyond my expectations! I had never used any product for diaper rashes that worked as quickly as Tender Defender.

Tender Defender is a revolutionary new step in diaper care, and can also be used by older kids, adults, and even pets. Reported users have said they used it for chafing, heat rash, sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, bed sores, and external hemoroids.

Another family member has nigh time urgent incontinence. She has irritated skin on the side she lays on from the presence of urine before she awakes. It is most prevalent on her thigh. She tried Tender Defender for a few nights as a barrier between her skin and the urine. She was also totally impressed by the results. Our only complaint is that we are running out!

  3. This sounds like a great product. Though we have never had much diaper rash (knock on wood) it is good to know about a product like this.

  7. I love natural diaper rash ointments! And one that is a multi-purpose cream for other "owies" is great too.

  8. THANK YOU for this product review. We have 3 little ones (grandchildren) still in diapers & one of them has the worst time with diaper rash when she's teething & it's horribly painful for her. We also have several with eczema. I'm going to purchase this & try it.

  11. Sounds like a great product! I usually use coconut oil with a bit of tea tree oil and vitamin E oil mixed in and it usually clears everything up. I would love to try this as I have never heard of Niaovli...but if it is less irritating it sounds great for baby!
