Surprise Ride Subscription Box Review

We had the opportunity to facilitate a review for a box from Surprise Ride. We were sent a sample, although, these are our true opinions. Most people love surprises. Our children are no exception. They were really excited to find out that the had a box of surprises coming in the mail that was just for them. Surprise Ride is a monthly subscription box for children ages 6-11. They work with experts to curate activities of the highest quality. Kid activities are tested for hours of fun and learning.

Each Surprised Box includes a checkered bag, all of the supplies needed to complete projects that explore the month's theme. Carry-Ons, a book, a snack, or other fun surprises to go along with the ride. A Travel Guide, the famous Surprise Ride booklet with lessons on the themes, interesting facts, and ways to continue the exploration. They even have contests. You can send a picture of your finished activity for a chance to win a special surprise in next month's box.

To get a monthly subscription of your own, select a set number of months, or just sign up for auto-renew monthly plan and cancel at any time. It starts at $24.99 with free shipping. Every month you'll get a package with all the materials and instructions that are needed to do the fun hands on activities. Your child will be engaged and learning something new about our world with every box.

The idea for Surprise Ride came about when a couple sisters, aunts, of two active and curious boys, struggled to find unique gifts that would add value to their nephews lives. During their own childhood they experienced tremendous economic hardship, they remembered a simpler time when what they enjoyed most as kids was getting immersed in activities with siblings and parents. They were fortunate to have a father who was an artist by profession and facilitated DIY activities. The projects shaped who they were and their view of the world. They want to help busy parents give their kids that same opportunity to evolve through play. Surprise Ride was born from the desire to have a lasting impact on the lives of children beyond the latest toy or video game.

The Surprise Ride box we received was filled with fun activities that the kids loved doing. They designed and built a clock which came with all the pieces and paint. A We Spy Telescope Game that included telescope, metallic paper, and cosmic stickers. The extras were a star finder pocket compass, Cosmo the flying animal, a funny space fikk-in activity book and their snack was astronaut freeze-dried pineapple. It also included the the paint brush, little dish for paint and a disposable apron. There were hours of fun had with these great surprises!
