Magnetic Baby Safety Lock for Cabinets and Drawers Review and 1 Day Giveaway

We received a sample in exchange for a honest an unbiased review.

We had the opportunity to facilitate a review for Baby Safety Locks from Purple Safety.

Recently, we started painting and adding some new cabinets to our kitchen, so it was time to reorganize. Especially under our sink. In our video you will be able to see a little of the mess that has developed under our sink. With some new ideas about organizing, I knew we needed some safety locks on those cabinets to keep our little ones out.

I received Magnetic Baby Safety Locks from Purple Safety. Just reading the package I liked the concept of this product. You get 4 keys and 1 Magnetic lock that opens them all. The Magnetic key will work on almost all cabinets and drawers that are 1.5 inches thick. You will need to make sure you have at least 4.5 cm of flat surface at the top.

This system is really easy to install, it took all of 5 minutes to install ours. Instead of screws it is held in place with a strong sticker ends. You wont need to worry about nail holes ruining your furniture. The Magnetic Lock will come with clear paper instructions as well as a link to an online video. There is no need to pull out a drill or screws for the installation, everything you need is in the package!

I have used some safety locks that have caused me quite a bit of frustration, trying to figure out where all the little screws need to be placed. With Purple Safety included tiny rulers to help you get it right the first time. A video instruction will be mailed to you upon purchase just to make sure you understand the installation process.

The white magnetic key looks like a white cabinet knob, which I keep on the side of my fridge so I always know where to find it. To open the cabinet or drawer you just place knob on the outside and it magnetically unlatches it. How cool is this simple design? No one can see these, especially the little ones. When my now 16 year old son was a toddler he actually broke a safety lock on a cabinet to get inside.

Baby Proofing the house is an important step. I want to be prepared for the coming months when Brandi Lynn will start crawling and walking. She will be very curious about the world around her. Using Purple Safety I feel better knowing her explorations have been more safe.
