Joe Journeyman Search Book Review and upcoming Giveaway

We received a sample in exchange for a honest and unbiased review.

We had the opportunity to facilitate a review for Joe Journeyman Search Book Volume 1.

My husband and boys are big fans of football. Their favorite team is the Buffalo Bills. I knew when I received this book they would really like it. Joe's JourneyMan Volume 1 is a hard covered book with bright colored beautiful artwork. I was really impressed with each two page illustration of the 16 NFL teams it features. This book is for anyone who loves a good search.

This NFL - licensed search adventure series tells the story of Joe Journeyman, the only player to play for all 32 NFL teams, as he and his friends travel from one NFL team to the next. The book features hand drawn, original art work, each two page spread is dedicated to one stop on Joe Journeyman 's adventure. The reader is challenged to find Joe Journeyman, his play book, his friends, historical landmarks, and all the additional wild and wacky things along the way.

The story of Joe Journeyman is about the only player to play for all thirty two teams in the NFL. Noone has ever done this before Joe, and most would say that no one will probably do it again. Joe and his best friends travel in style from city to city in the super cool journeyVan. Along for the ride is End Zone Ernie the elephant, Super fan Fanny the fox, Pom Pom Pollyanna, the one and only Touchdown Ted the turtle and Leon the Lion. They experience some wild adventures and trying to keep track of each other is a full time job. Joe has a very hard time keeping track of his play book, and to make matters worse Copy Cat Carl is always lurking in the shadows, waiting to steal the play book. Without his play book Joe can not move onto the next city.

The NFL teams that are featured in Joe Journeyman volume 1 are:
Buffalo Bills Cincinnati Bengals Chicago Bears Indianapolis Colts Dallas Cowboys Philadelphia Eagles New York Giants New York Jets Detroit Lions Green Bay Packers New England Patriots Baltimore Ravens Washington Redskins Pittsburgh Steelers Houston Texans Minnesota Vikings I DNA Brands will release Volume 2, featuring the second set of 16 NFL teams in 2016.

Children and adults can enjoy a unique story of friendship and football, while also enjoying a good search. These aren't easy searches, they put you to the test and it's a fun time. We sat together to search and at first my husband thought it may have been for youngsters but he soon found out different when the kids were helping him search!

This book would be great to take on a long car ride to keep the kiddos occupied, it would also make a wonderful gift for kids who like football.

Joe the Journeyman was created and inspired by two childhood friends, author David Bazzoni and artist Jed Bruce, who reconnected after 13 years. At the time, Bruce was a struggling artist desperate to find an opportunity to share his art. Bazzoni, president of consumer product company I DNA Brands hired Bruce on the spot with no plans at first about what he would be doing on a daily basis. One look at his portfolio and Bazzoni was reminded of how talented Bruce was. Bruce says that Joe Journeyman changed his life, and he hopes in some crazy way it will change his readers lives as well.

Joe Journeyman donates 10 percent of all net profits to support Joe's Kids, a 501 (c)(3) non profit pediatric rehabilitation facility in Warsaw, Ind, serving children with special needs. In addition, to supporting Joe's Kids, a portion of the profits from Joe Journeyman will also benefit local children's hospitals throughout the country.
