Lexar JUMPDRIVE M20 Mobile by Micron Review

We had the opportunity to facilitate a review for the Lexar Jumpdrive M20 Mobile.

The Lexar Jumpdrive M20 Mobile USB 3.0 Flash Drive transfer and shares files between On-the-go enabled devices without cables or Wi-Fi.


The Jumpdrive M20 Mobile Flash drive came packaged in a cardboard pack. On the front of the package are key features of the M20 Mobile, including rate read speed, the capacity and it's ability to transfer files between devices using USB 3.0 and micron USB connectors. The back of the packaging provides more information regarding capabilities and features.


In the past access required either a Wi-Fi connection or data usage. The new Jumpdrive M20 Mobile USB 3.0 flash drive was introduced first last fall, it allows customers to quickly share and transfer digital files between on-the-go enabled devices without the cables or Wi-Fi.

This Jumpdrive M20 Mobile flash drive was designed for on-the-go (OTG) enabled Android Tablets and Smartphones. The M20 Mobile sports a thumb slide design with connectors at each end, a micro USB and USB 3.0 both retract. With both connectors users can transfer play lists, photos, videos and files between their OTG ENABLED Android enabled devices, or to computer from the device without needing Wi-Fi. This flash drive also leverages USB 3.0 performance, it offers reading speeds of up to 120 MB/s. At these speeds a 3GB HD video clip in less than one minute, this compared to the 4 minutes it takes using a standard USB 2.0 drive.
